Description | Provide preventative maintenance, performance testing, and repairs, upon request, for mechanical and electrical distribution systems for the Department of Human Services (DHS), DC-1 Facility, 355 East 8th Street, St. Paul, MN 55155. Establish a contract to perform preventative maintenance, performance testing, and repairs, warranty of the Uninterruptable Power System (UPS's) located at the DHS 444 building, 444 Lafayette Road North, St. Paul, MN 55155. Responders must register to attend the pre-proposal meeting as soon as possible. Responders must register by no later than Wednesday, July 13, 2022. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact John Duffert via phone at (651) 431-2209 or email at john.duffert@state.mn.us. Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting will not be admitted into the facility. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Tou Yang, Buyer, via email at Tou.D.Yang@state.mn.us by July 18, 2022, no later than 4:00 PM CT. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
