Description

Installation of ductless mini-split air conditioning systems and energy recovery systems that provide code required ventilation air for Buildings One and Four. Electrical system is being upgraded with two new 200-amp breakers at existing switchgear to feed new Building One and Four 200-amp 208/120 3 phase panel. New panels will support addition of new Mechanical equipment and existing building electrical panels. Buildings One and Four have approximately 5,300 square feet of occupiable space that will be used as offices, with an attic and a crawl space below.
