| Description | To provide complete architectural and engineering services for the construction of phase II of the Columbia Sports Fieldhouse. The phase II project at the indoor sports facility shall include four (4) hardwood courts, one multipurpose room, two (2) offices and restrooms. Project design shall also include exterior design of parking lots, driveways, fire truck access, outdoor lighting and storm water features. Phase II construction shall take place on the west side of the current facility and connect directly to the existing facility. The project shall require the following disciplines: architectural design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing, fire alarm, fire suppression, building automation, sports venue design, civil engineering and structural engineering. |
