Description

To provide disposal services for belt filter press sludge cake waste (sludge cake) generated at the Harriman Wastewater Treatment Plant (“Harriman WWTP”), located at 72 River Road, Harriman New York. Delivery of sludge cake to the vendor’s Disposal Facility shall be performed by the County.
