Site Improvements

1. Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to execute the work as indicated for the site improvements. 2. Provide sediment and erosion control measures as indicated. 3. Provide site accessibility improvements where indicated. 4. Remove existing asphalt and base at areas indicated and provide new base and asphalt paving. 5. Remove existing asphalt and base at pothole locations indicated and provide new base and asphalt paving. 6. Mill existing asphalt at areas indicated and provide new asphalt paving overlay. 7. Remove existing concrete valley gutters and provide new concrete valley gutters. 8. Provide new striping and pre-fabricated speed bumps as indicated. 9. Remove existing concrete sidewalks indicated and provide new concrete sidewalks. 10. Remove existing paved areas, curb and gutter. Provide new concrete dumpster approach ads, dumpster pads and enclosures. 11. Remove old concrete site lighting bases and concrete mailbox pads. Provide new fill, seed and straw. 12. Provide new fill, topsoil, seed and straw at all disturbed areas and all voids created by creating new and relocating back of curb lines, removing and/or relocating sidewalks or altering and disturbing existing horizontal construction. 13. Clean and jet existing private storm water drainage system free of debris and sediment. 14. Provide new concrete drainage flumes and swales where indicated. Re-grade areas indicated and provide new seed and straw. 15. Provide new storm water piping and drainage improvements at areas indicated. 16. Provide all other work as shown on plans, in the project manual and as required by codes and the local authority having jurisdiction.
