Site Pole Lighting Replacement

The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for Site Pole Lighting Replacement prepared by the John Murphy Jr Electrical Construction & Eng. acting as and referred to in the Contract Documents as the Prime Designer. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The Abington Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Site Pole Lighting Replacement in Abington, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by John Murphy Jr Electrical Construction & Eng The Project consists of: Replacement of existing site light. New work to consist of new light fixtures, pole bases, excavating and installation of new conduit system. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electrical, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
