Per LPS, digital copies will be available upon approval from LPS. Approval could take 1-2 business days from time of placed order. A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co. Any obtained digital copies are solely for the purpose of bidding and are not to be redistributed outside of the office to which LPS approved digital access. contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services on LPS Bid # 10703 for the construction and installation of a roundabout and other related infrastructure items as shown on the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents for the Project. Determination of Substantial completion shall be subject to the City's Project Manager's approval. Substantial completion shall be defined as all roadway construction being complete and all lanes open to traffic, storm sewer construction complete, all sidewalk/bike path construction complete, all temporary construction signs and barricades removed, all permanent pavement marking and signing complete, all roadway lighting complete and operational, and final grading complete.
