Description

1. Undercut waterline tile and cut around fittings/lights/drains 2. Waterblast pool surface to remove existing surface coating down to the original structure. 3. Seal all penetrations with hydraulic cement to prevent leaks. 4. Chip out hollows/delamination up to 500 sq. feet. If over 500 sq. ft, bill at rate per sq.ft. 5. Plaster zero entry area using pebble exposed aggregate material 6. Remove all break line/expansion joints to repair deficiencies. Install new polyurethane expansion joint material 7. Retile break line /expansion joint area with 2x2 tile. Tile samples to be provided by contractor and approved by city prior to the start of project. 8. Resurface the entire pool with Diamondbrite or equivalent expose aggregate finish. Color samples to be provided by contractor and approved by city prior to the start of project. 9. Install new lines and wall targets to 6" with 10. Install new leading edge and step tile with black 2”X2” per health department requirement. 11. Inspect existing pool ladders. Replace broken components if possible. If replacement components and not available replace with upgraded ladder. Ensure replaced components are properly grounded.
