The existing building was a childcare facility prior to FEMA becoming an occupant and needs to be modernized. The scope of work shall consist of installing a new 100 Kw Natural Gas Generator with a 120/240V output on existing concrete pad located on west part of property. emergency generator and generator hookup with an automatic transfer switch. |
