| Description | Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. Bituminous Seal Coat applied in place with fog coat and line painting. All work is to be done on Lake Township roads as listed Lamberton Rd., Tisdel Road., White Road., Theobald Road, Spangenburg Road, Miller Road, Old Gravity Road, Samson Rd., Batzel Rd., and Stockfarm Road. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Lake Township must accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. The Municipality reserves the right to reject accept any or all proposals. Prevailing wage rates will apply. |
