All items must be installed and in proper working order within 2 weeks of opening day, currently projected as August 1, 2022, depending upon the construction schedule. Listed below are the rooms and items that are desired in those areas. 1. Study Rooms (2 Rooms) a. Crestron – 7 in. Room Scheduling Touch Screen (1 unit for each room) b. All technology, connections, software, and peripherals needed to ensure all installed items are properly functional c. On-site staff training for the installed system and any necessary, proprietary software d. Warranty e. Installation and setup of all listed items f. Any/other items needed to make this unit functional 2. Conference Room (1 Room) a. Crestron – 7 in. Room Scheduling Touch Screen b. Large TV with capabilities to connect to electronic devices c. Mounting hardware to mount large TV d. All technology, connections, software, and peripherals needed to properly transmit/mirror a computer/projects onto the installed TV e. On-site staff training for the installed system and any necessary, proprietary software f. Warranty g. Installation and setup of all listed items h. Any/other items needed to make this unit functional 3. Community Room (1 Room) a. Crestron – 7 in. Room Scheduling Touch Screen b. Short throw projector to be utilized in the large auditorium space, including any necessary lens needed to properly project the picture/video c. Backdrop for projector to be used within archway space (estimated usable space: 105” Height x 180” Width) d. DVD/Media Player for use with projector and sound system e. (2) Cordless hand-held mics that are compatible with the microphone and sound system f. Podium with microphone and sound system capability g. Surface mounted speaker system with amplifier, mixer, and any other necessary components h. All technology, connections, software, and peripherals needed to ensure all installed items are properly functional i. On-site staff training for the installed system and any necessary, proprietary software j. Installation and setup of all listed items k. Warranty l. Any/other items needed to make these units functional
