Hurricane Zeta - Citywide Fence Repairs All bids remain valid for 90 calendar days after the Bid Deadline. Specification references to certain brands, makes, or manufacturers state only the general style, type, character, and quality desired. Equivalent products are acceptable. The City is not responsible for bid costs. five percent (5%) of bid amount, conditioned on the bidder's failure to execute a contract with the City to supply the specified goods or services. Bidders shall provide bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check Supply copy to the City of all applicable and required licenses upon written request by the City.
