Tiny Homes Project - Phase III - General Construction Contract Work

Otsego County Planning & Solid Waste Department, 197 Main Street, Cooperstown, NY invites bids for multiple prime contracts for, General Construction Contract Work to complete partially finished construction of (3) three Tiny Homes & a Community Building; complete partially finished site work; and alternates to construct one (1) to four (4) additional Tiny Homes. The project is located at the County Meadows Complex, 140 County Highway 33W, Cooperstown, NY 13326. Minority and Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) Utilization Goals: The following goals have been established for this project: 1) MBE Utilization Goal of 18% 2) WBE Utilization Goal of 12% Each Bidder shall deposit with its Bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "Instructions to Bidders". No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders may obtain more than one set and will be refunded the deposit in full for each additional set returned. The County of Otsego reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities in or reject any or all Bids.
