Removal and Replacement of the Roof at West View Elementary School

West View Elementary School located at 11755 Cleveland Road, Garner, NC 27529, received extensive damage from a hail storm and a claim has been setup with Travelers Insurance. The determination of benefits included removing and replacing the 24 gauge standing seam metal roof on the entire school. This includes all associated valley flashing, gable trim, ridge cap, ridge end cap, neoprene pipe flashing, and endwall flashing to accomplish the complete removal. The work of this contract is identical to the determination of benefits and must include all incidentals to accomplishing the work such as but not limited to permitting and inspections, removing and replacing the gutters, downspouts, anything attached to the roof, site storage, security, and dress up as a result of this work, and required certification and warranties. After award, the contractor will be required to work directly with a representative of the insurance company to ensure all items to complete this scope of work are covered and adjusted accordingly. Upon completion, the contractor is required to dress up all disturbed areas and return site conditions to existing condition.
