Newaygo Velma Matson Administrative Office Renovations

For remodeling the facility located at 29 E. Post Street, Newaygo, MI., 49337 for: 1. NEWAYGO ELEMENTARY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE RENOVATIONS Project Description: 5 existing interior spaces will be renovated to create new administrative offices. One toilet room will also be converted to create a shower room. The renovated spaces will also involve Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Technology. Finishes will also be upgraded. As required by State Law (P.A. 232 of 2004), all bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between Newaygo Public Schools or any employee of the bidder and any member of the school board or the superintendent of the school district. Bids that do not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement will not be accepted. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a surety bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Performance and Payment bonds will be required. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in his judgement, serve his best interests.
