Project Duration: 30 Work Days Liquidated Damages: $500.00 Per Work Day Bid Bond Percentage: 10% The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, more specifically described as all utility and transportation services required for (but not limited to) furnishing of and installation of street light fixtures, installation of main electrical pedestal(s), panelboards, circuit breakers, conduit and fittings, conductors, junctions and pull boxes (if required), outlet boxes, and name plates. Project also includes (but is not limited to) the furnishing and installation of pedestrian access fencing, native select boulders and cobble, decomposed granite, steel edging, and adjustment of manhole. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer.
