Wallace Student Center Talmadge Hall Lolley Health Building Room(s)/Area: LBW Rear Hallway & Break Room, TA100, TA101 A&B, TA102, TA103, TA104, TA105, TA106, TA107, TA108, TA109 A&B, TA110 A&B, TA112, TA116, TA118, TA122, TA124, TA126, TA128, TA130, LO111, LO113, LO115, LO121 & Foyer, LO122, LO123 & LO124 Stripping and Waxing Scope of Work: Make photographs of all rooms and areas before moving any furnishings Remove all furnishings, boxes, etc. in all areas except computer and computer equipment (note #1). Mounted fixtures, cabinets, etc. to remain o Strip and detail clean each area to achieve a clean floor (no old wax or sealer should be present) Adequately neutralize all chemicals per the manufacturer's directions specifications and recommendations Apply two (2) coats of Spartan Shineline Seal allowing it to adequately dry between coats and per the manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations Apply four (4) coats of Spartan iShine 25% High Solids Floor Finish allowing it to adequately dry between coats and per the manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations Allow the floor finish to adequately dry and burnish all floors with a white pad Clean any dust from walls, window sills, furnishings, etc. generated by prep work Required Licensure: City of Enterprise Business License void if the certification is false.
