| Description | Provide all equipment, tools, labor, training and expertise to remove an existing garage door, associated hardware and ancillary work related to furnishing, delivering, and installing a new high-speed roll-up garage door, including all associated hardware, drive system, guide tracks, controls, wiring, sensors and signals complete as specified herein. The installation shall provide a complete, operational door. The high-speed roll-up door shall be installed at the following location: Ross Garage, 4600 Perry Highway & West View Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15229 The roll-up high-speed door shall be installed for the exterior entrance to the Ross garage wash bay. The door opening measures approximately 16 feet wide x 12 feet high. |
