RFP Design - Improvement, Operation and Management - Kirkwood Soccer Complex

New Castle County ("County") is seeking priced professional for professional services from individuals and/or other entities to operate and manage the Kirkwood Soccer Complex ("Soccer Complex"). The Soccer Complex is located at 1220 River Road, New Castle, Delaware 19720 (Tax Parcel No. 10-046.00-001). The County is also seeking a capital improvement plan for the facility. The County reserves the right not to award if it finds the project is not feasible due to timing, funding or community concerns. General questions concerning the proposal should be submitted in writing via email to Robin Allen Procurement Agent, at robin.allen@newcastlede.gov or by calling 302-395-5254 no later than Noon on Friday August 19, 2022. Specific questions for the project should be asked and answered at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
