This project is subject to the State of Ohio Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program. Bidder must complete and submit with the bid the Commitment to Participate in the Edge Business Assistance Program form (included in the bid form) or the bid will be rejected. The EDGE Participation Goal is 5% of contract.
