Batting Cage and Pavilion

The project consists of the construction of a new batting cage at the Baseball/Softball Field and an outdoor Pavilion located at the High School. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site to observe accessibility prior to submitting a bid. If bidders visit the School during school hours they must check in at the District Office to make their presence known. Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents and submitted in a Sealed Envelope. Bids that meet or exceed $20,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the bid. All successful bidders whose bid meets or exceeds $20,000 will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount. The Owner and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
