RFP - Architectural and Engineering Services

Projects include new synthetic turf, new fitness center, high school classroom improvements. Projects from this solicitation would be funded through a 2022 bond referendum. The referendum is expected to take place on March 8, 2022. As of March 15, 2022, information regarding referendum vote and award have not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Board is soliciting proposals from interested persons and/or firms for the provision of Architectural and Engineering Services, as more particularly described herein. Through a Request for Proposal process described herein, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the Board with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Proposal in accordance with the procedure and schedule in this RFP. The Board will review Proposals only from those firms or individuals that submit a Proposal. The Northern Highlands Regional High School District, is requesting proposals from professional firms to provide a variety of architectural and engineering services (including civil, site, environmental & landscaping) required by the district as needed. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and experience with respect to all aspects of architectural and engineering services required by a school board. Any experience of knowledge of matters that directly affect the Board of Education should be addressed.
