RFQ - Storm Water Master Plan

The City of Tullahoma is interested in obtaining the services of an engineering firm to assist in the design of the Storm Water Master Plan and including such items as. The selected Engineering firm will be required to perform the basic engineering services to be specified more fully in a contractual agreement. The contractual agreement will provide for payment for phases of work completed with options to proceed through all phases or to discontinue work as circumstances may dictate. The City of Tullahoma, anticipates a contract which will include schematic design, production of computer-generated renderings, and cost estimations; however, the City of Tullahoma, reserves the right to include additional project elements in the initial or subsequent professional services agreements as the City of Tullahoma, may (in its sole discretion) deem appropriate. The Engineering firm will be required to retain and be responsible for all basic engineering disciplines including but not limited to the scope of work negotiated and the development of a Storm Water Master Plan, in this RFQ. The Engineering firm is also required to identify and select the appropriate sub-consultants; however, the City of Tullahoma reserves the right to approve proposed sub-consultants that will be associated with the Project. Any question, request for clarification, or request for additional information regarding this RFQ should be submitted no later than 2:00 P.M. CST, July 19, 2023. The City reserves the right to request follow-up information or clarification from vendors. The City of Tullahoma is interested in obtaining the services of an engineering firm to assist in the design of the Storm Water Master Plan and including such items as: • Estimating and compiling budgets, • Full report(s), • Design development documents as described in Exhibit ‘A’- Specific Requirements, • Assisting with various Treasury ARP grant reporting requirements.
