Description | The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office for Coastal Management (OCM) has a requirement for the replacement of their small sized Carrier Fan Coil Units (FCUs) that have reached the end of their life cycle. OCM's facility is located on the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Charleston, South Carolina. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and/or Drawing Package(s). Completion of all work is expected within 60 days of award. The NAICS code for the work described below is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a Size Standard $19 Million. The project shall be completed sixty (60) days after notice to proceed and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This project has the following major components. o The contractor shall fully replace twenty-three FCUs located throughout the facility. o All work shall be in accordance with the attached Solicitation, Statement of Work and/or Drawing Package(s). The solicitation will only be available online; offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website via www. sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
