Description Construction of 35 units at the new Kwail Heights development in Clarkdale, AZ. The project will consist of 15 Duplex and 5 single family units. The Yavapai-Apache Tribal Housing will serve as the General Contractor and subcontracts will be awarded for ALL standard construction divisions. Mass Escavation has been completed; deep/shallow utilities will be awarded separately. Preference will be given to Indian Owned firms.
