Repainting of Interior Walls and Door Frames

Scope of Work for Previously Painted Concrete or Sheetrock Walls: 1. Walls should be cleaned with Corotech V600-00 Grease and Oil Emulsifier per the label directions to remove any grease, oil or other contaminants. 2. Allow to dry. 3. Sand with 220 grit sandpaper to create paintable surface profile. 4. Remove any dust and/or peeling paint. 5. Paint rooms 102 and corridor 108 per GMC's attached floor plan/specification titled "ATTC 2020-01-1 0". 6. Apply one coat lnsl-x Aqua lock primer at 4.0- 5.3 wet mils to 1.6 - 2.2 dry mils. 7. Apply 2 coats Benjamin Moore Scuff-X 485 Eggshell coating per label instructions. Color to be determined by the owner (ESCC). 8. Follow all product manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. 9. Thoroughly clean all work areas to include sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces (walls, window sills, furnishing, etc.). Clean up should be performed each day prior to exiting the site. Scope of Work for Previously Painted Metal Door Frames: 1. Doors, door frames and commode partitions should be cleaned with Corotech V600-00 Grease and Oil Emulsifier per the label directions to remove any grease, oil or other contaminants. 2. Allow to dry. 3. Sand with 220 grit sandpaper to create paintable surface profile. 4. Remove any dust, dirt or other contaminants. 5. Apply one coat lnsl-x Aqua lock primer at 4.0- 5.3 wet mils to 1.6- 2.2 dry mils. 6. Apply 2 coats of Coronado Rust Scat 31 Line polyurethane gloss coating per label instructions. Color to be determined by owner (ESCC). 7. Follow all product manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. 8. Thoroughly clean all work areas to include sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces (walls, window sills, furnishing, etc.). Clean up should be performed each day prior to exiting the site. Scope of Work for Previously Painted Concrete Floors: 1. Floors should be cleaned with Corotech V600-00 Grease and Oil Emulsifier per the label directions to remove any grease, oil or other contaminants. 2. Allow to dry. 3. Sand with 220 grit sandpaper to create paintable surface profile. 4. Remove any dust, dirt or other contaminants 5. Tack cloth entire area to ensure a clean surface. 6. Apply a minimum of two coats of Benjamin Moore Corotech High Performance Two Part Polyamide Epoxy Paint Line V400 per the manufacturer's directions, specifications and recommendations. Two coats minimum and additional if necessary to achieve solid coverage. 7. Thoroughly clean all work areas to include sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces (walls, window sills, furnishing, etc.). Clean up should be performed each day prior to exiting the site.
