To provide the contractor a guide for properly maintaining the landscape in order to support and promote the design intent of the project. All plantings are to be maintained in such a manner that they are healthy, vigorous in growth, attractive, clean and properly cared for throughout the year so as to meet and exceed The Village of Milford DDA’s high level of standards of quality and image. The following is an outline of the scope of work and is intended to highlight the major portions, but is not intended to include all work required to be performed. Using this outline, refer to the contract drawings and specifications for full extent of work to be performed under this contract. 1. Plantings and Plant Bed Maintenance a.
