Description | Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement on behalf of Salt Lake County Public Works Operations Division, invites your company to provide a bid on Storm Drain CCTV Condition Survey Contractor Pool. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts to the responsive, responsible bidders meeting qualifications who bid the lowest overall cost to the County. Projects may be at various times and locations within Salt Lake County. The County wishes to establish a pool of multiple award contracts with CONTRACTORS that will be used to provide services for upcoming projects. The County may select up to five (5) lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidders, based on the total of the Base Bid Schedule. This bid will establish the price for CCTV inspection of storm drain pipes and providing a condition report and video of the pipe in the areas listed below. This work cannot be subcontracted. This price will remain in effect for the term of the contract. The County contracts with Millcreek City, Holladay City, Taylorsville City, and the metro townships of Copperton, Emigration Canyon, Kearns, Magna, White City, and the unincorporated Salt Lake County for storm drain maintenance. The work under this contract may be in any area listed above. See map in Appendix B. After this contract(s) is awarded and the pool is established, site-specific bid documents will be prepared for each project. Site-specific bid documents will be provided to the contractors in the pool. Only contractors in the pool will be eligible to bid on the site-specific projects. The bid schedule for the site-specific project will include Storm drain CCVT condition survey for the size of pipe to be surveyed and additional items, such as traffic control, pipe cleaning, GIS data, debris disposal and permits,which will vary by project. The site-specific bid price for Storm Drain CCVT condition survey must be equal to or less than the price provided in this bid (Contractor pool). Each site-specific project will include a minimum of 100 feet of pipe to be surveyed and evaluated. Each site-specific bid will be awarded based on when contractor can start, proposed time to complete project, bid amount and performance on previous projects. Questions on the bid documents will be accepted until Monday July 18, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Questions will be answered by way of portal. Questions and answers shall be submitted through portal see 3.0 above .The contract(s) resulting from this solicitation will become effective on the date of execution with a five (5) year term. The County reserves the right to review the contract(s) on a regular basis regarding performance and cost analysis and may negotiate price and service elements during the term of the contract(s).A pre-bid conference will not be held |
