Description

Site improvements to the Hillsdale BPU building frontage located at 45 Monroe Street. Base bid to include removal and replacement of parking lot asphalt paving with concrete paving, concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter. There are two alternates. Alternate No. 1 calls for hot mix asphalt paving in lieu of base bid concrete paving in areas as illustrated on the plan. Alternate No. 2 calls for the construction of an exterior concrete entry ramp leading onto the administration building.
