| Description | 1. Wash interior & exterior windows. Remove all foreign items, i.e., Scotch tape, etc. 2. Sweep, mop, and detail all floor edges and corners floors. 3. Light fixtures (inside and out), wall plates, heating vents and registers. 4. Clean interior, exterior and tops of cabinets. Remove any paper lining from shelves or drawers (If Possible). 5. Oil kitchen cabinets 6. Clean tub, tile (or surround), sink, medicine cabinet, mirror, fan register, and toilet in bathrooms. 7. Clean range, oven, range hood (including filter), refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave (including filters), and washer/dryer. Ranges, refrigerators (including seals), washers, and dryers are to be pulled out – surface cleaned, cleaned inside. 8. Clean behind and under appliance. 9. Clean counter tops, sink, toilet, bathtub & shower, plumbing fixtures in bathroom. Clean counter tops, sink and plumbing fixtures in kitchen. 10. Vacuum carpets. 11. Clean all window blinds. 12. Clean inside furnace room & storage room, top of furnace and water heater. 13. Sweep patios and garages where applicable.
