Description | **As of June 20, 2023, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** The project includes facility remodeling of the existing lavatory, locker room, mechanical room and office. The remodeling activities include, removal and replacement of existing fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) panels, demolition and disposal of existing plaster walls, patching and repair of existing plumbing systems, installation of lavatory sink, faucets, shower diverters, lighting fixtures, frame and insulation, drywall, trim, flooring, and all restoration and other appurtenances under the following Contract: CONTRACT NO. 23-005 NADINE PUMP STATION OFFICE REMODELING Bids may not qualify any of the specifications. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after the closing time for receipt of bids Water Authority Office, 2200 Robinson Boulevard, Pennsylvania 15221-1193. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. the form of the guaranty shall be in accordance with the type permitted under the contract documents. No bid guaranty shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with the requirements as set forth in the contract documents or any applicable the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinance No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Work under this Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL statutes of 987; P.S. 166) and subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. |
