The remodeling activities include, removal and replacement of existing fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) panels, demolition and disposal of existing plaster walls, patching and repair of existing plumbing systems, installation of lavatory sink, faucets, shower diverters, lighting fixtures, frame and insulation, drywall, trim, flooring, and all restoration and other appurtenances under the following Contract: CONTRACT NO. 23-005 NADINE PUMP STATION OFFICE REMODELING Bids may not qualify any of the specifications.
