Fish Broodstock Building Drain Trenches & Dehumidification Prepared for: Kearneysville, West Virginia Scope of Work includes: Perform all work in strict accordance with these specifications for USDA Fish Brood Stock Building Dehumidification, Improve the drainage systems by Installing Structural slab drainage via trench drains project Bidder shall provide Base Bid pricing and Add-Alternate pricing as defined in the contract documents. The site of work is at the USDA National Center for Cool and the Cold Water Aquaculture (NCCCWA) Fish Broodstock Building, 11861 Leetown Road, Kearneysville, WV 25430. DISCLOSURE OF THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Acquisition is set-aside for 100% total small business. Applicable NAICS code is 236220, General Construction. Offerors shall complete block 14, 15, 19, and 20. Delivery: 180 Days After Award Period of Performance: 08/01/2022 to 07/31/2023 Extend period of Questions (RFI's) until 07/11/2022 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
