| Description | Contractor to provide Chiller #1 Pumps Replacement at the Rochester Psychiatric Center, located at 1111 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620. Existing Chiller #1 pumps are original to the building’s construction, and parts for possible rebuild are now obsolete. The Chiller #2 and #3 pumps were recently replaced. This project will replace the remaining two original pumps & associated fixtures/valving on Chiller #1 and bring the system up to date. Contractor shall replace existing chilled water & condenser pump motor skids for Chiller #1 in Bldg 60. This is to include: New pump/motor skids, Pump isolation valving, Suction strainers, Check valves, Associated connecting piping, Pressure gauges, Differential pressure switches, Insulation |
