Roof Tarps

In order to meet emergency requirements during disasters, the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management (NCEM) is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to establish a three (3) year Agency Specific contract for Roof Tarps. NCEM is seeking multiple Vendors for this contract. The tarps will be used throughout North Carolina during disasters and other emergencies to meet preparedness objectives. These tarps shall be provided on an as-needed basis. NCEM is a government organization that administers state and federal emergency management programs enabled by the Federal Stafford Act and Chapter 166A of the North Carolina General Statutes. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date).
