Description

the Miami VA Healthcare System, Engineering Service, requires replacement of Return Fan 32 motor and blower assembly including the housing. The Miami VA Healthcare System, Engineering Service, requires replacement of Return Fan 32 motor and blower assembly used to recirculate conditioned air to various areas of the Building # 1. The Contractor will furnish and install a like-kind motor and blower assembly meeting or exceeding current specifications. The replacement like-kind motor and blower assembly must be size to provide the required air flow for the comfort of staff, patients and visitors. In addition, like-kind replacement motor blower assembly must be able to integrate with existing duct work and controls, to allow full automation control. The required installation work must be accomplished by a qualified contractor, with specific air condition systems program and start-up expertise for the equipment being installed, ensuring the operation setup matches the control of existing air handler. The Contractor will furnish all miscellaneous materials and labor, including removal of old unit, installation of new unit, programming, start-up, operation check/customer acceptance, and job site clean-up.
