For Commercial Driving School Skills Pad - Nassau Center Florida State College at Jacksonville (here in after referred to as the "College", "Owner" or "FSCJ") is soliciting bids to construct a new commercial vehicle driving skills pad including planned improvements to the FSCJ Nassau Center located on William Burgess Road and site entry, storm drainage, storm water pond expansion, tree mitigation, landscaping, shade structure, site lighting, pavement markings, security fencing and secured access barrier arm operators per plans prepared by CPH Consulting LLC dated 11/30/2022. This project is being funded through a Federal Grant provided to the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO Agreement No. G0089) which requires compliance of Federal 2 CFR Part 200. Bidders MUST be an approved College Current Pre-Qualified Contractor. Firms currently PreQualified with the College is located electronically
