15kV 1/0 Medium Voltage Underground Distribution Cable

The project consists of manufacturing, furnishing and delivery of 15kV I/O Medium Voltage Underground Distribution Cable to the City of Ellensburg. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in a cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Ellensburg. The City of Ellensburg, Washington, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. Responsibility and competency of bidders and their subcontractors will be considered in making the award. The warranty provided herein is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other guarantees, warranties, rights or remedies that may otherwise be available under applicable law to the City, and shall not in any way limit the same. If the Bidder elects to furnish a surety Bond as its security for the Bid Proposal, the Bidder shall use the Bid Bond form bound herein, or one conforming substantially to it in form. The surety Bond shall be at the expense of the Bidder.
