MUNICIPALITY OF PENN HILLS ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA This project includes the installation of new automatic gates at the Lincoln Park STP and Sandy Creek EQ facility as well as replacement and repair of sections of existing 8-foot chain-link fence at multiple facilities, including chain-link fencing, posts, top, brace and bottom rails, barb wire, associated brackets and hardware. Fence replacement to include tree trimming and removal work as well as electrical work to provide electric for automatic gate openers including equipment, materials, labor, and all appurtenances.
