| Description | The portal will be updated periodically as needed with addenda, reports or other information relevant to submitting a proposal for the Project. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, acceptable to the District, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute the Agreement in accordance with the Proposal and the other Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids, waive any informality or technicality in the Bids received and to accept the Bid it deems most beneficial to the District. |
