Description

The Project consists of a sidewalk for access from the parking lot to the back yard and decks including approximately: 2,057 square feet of concrete sidewalk graded for ADA access, deck modifications for transition steps and an ADA ramp, relocating existing pop-up roof drains, restoring landscaping, and a sawcut connection to the asphalt parking lot.
