Description: Maine Federal Aid Project Nos. 2582300, WIN 025823.00 & 2582500, WIN 025825.00 Location: In Penobscot County Project 2582300 is located on US Route 2 beginning 0.09 miles East of Carter Street in Newport and extending East 22.32 miles to the Hermon/Bangor town line. Project 2582500 is located on Route 7 beginning in Plymouth 0.10 mile South of the Condon Road and extending Northerly 1.12 miles.
