East Maiden and Highway 150 Gravity Sewer

The Project consists of constructing an 8-inch gravity sewer line and related appurtenances between East Maiden Road and an existing gravity sewer on NC Highway 150. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The County reserves the right to postpone bid openings for its own convenience. Please check the County Bid Notice website for details Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither the County nor the Engineer/Project Manager will be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents including any addendum obtained from any other source than the Issuing Office.
