Scope of Work for Cushion Tennis Court System: Courts 1-4 To include (but not limited to): Grind smooth all loose and peeling tennis surface. Crack seal any exposed AC cracking, water test and level all birdbaths, and new Tennis Court Coating (Plexipave, Mapei, or owner approved equal). Contractor to remove and reinstall or replace existing chain link fencing as necessary to facilitate new court as drawn and specified. New coating shall have tennis court striping. Price shall include all labor, materials, equipment, disposal fees, etc. for removal and construction.
