Description | As of May 15, 2023, these projects are under construction. A rebid for The Central Grasslands REC Livestock Lab is taking place but does not have a confirmed schedule. Dickinson REC Lab shop project has just begun construction with Kolling & Kolling. Hettinger REC Sheep Smart Feed Facility has just begun construction with Roers Construction. Hettinger REC Livestock Lab is also getting underway, the GC is Tooz Construction. Central Grasslands REC Livestock Lab is in the process of being rebid but there is currently no bidding timeline. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. "Agriculture Facilities" Agricultural Experiment Station-Multiple Locations North Dakota State University Fargo, North Dakota. North Dakota State University will receive statements of Qualifications for Architectural Services for four new Capital Projects at the following Research Extension Centers (REC): Agriculture Lab / Shop to be built in Dickinson, ND with a total project budget of $2,200,000; Livestock Facility to be built in Streeter, ND with a total project of $1,963,000; Livestock Processing and Research Support Facility to be built in Hettinger, ND with a total project budget of $1,529,000; and a Sheep Feed Efficiency Research Facility to be built in Hettinger, ND with a total project budget of $1,891,000. Total project cost is $7,583,000 for all four facilities. Services requested will be schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and the administration of construction contracts.
