Juvenile Justice Center- Parking Deck Lighting

Work may encompass, but not be limited to the following: • Contractor shall perform the onsite maintenance to replace bulbs and lights during the Warrantee period. • Contractor shall replace all existing old lighting parking deck lamps and provide certificate of recycling of the old fixtures upon completion. • Contractor shall replace all active end connectors (tombstones). • Contractor shall provide linear tube LED lighting (no ballasts) to replace existing lighting within the Parking Deck -"Elevators". • Contractor shall provide for replacement all C- Lite, "Exit" LED Lighting signs that are UL listed, compact exit signage, red letters, double face, flame retardant, battery back-up provided with a 5-year limited warranty, and complete with a polycarbonate housing. • Contractor shall wipe down and clean all lenses, inside and out, during installation and prior to Project acceptance. • Contractor shall provide for ANY required vertical lift equipment necessary for the Work to be completed.
