Everett Northern Strand Community Trail Extension

The scope of work includes construction of 4,000 linear feet of shared use path from the existing path head at West Street at the northerly limit, south through and adjacent to MBTA and DCR property, adjacent to the SITE Centers property connecting to the recently constructed river walk. Also included, but not limited to, in the construction scope are lighting, security equipment, fencing, paving, drainage, striping, boardwalk construction across wetlands, retaining walls, best management practices (BMPs) for erosion control, railroad track removal, wetlands mitigation/replication and landscaping improvements.
