Description

The site work will include minor stump removal, removal of loam type material. Build a retaining wall and back fill with bank run gravel. The filled area will need to be compacted and finish grade with twelve inch (12") processed gravel and fine grade. After building has been constructed it would require pavement of 3/8 top of three inches (3") thick after compacted.
