Range: $1000001-4000000 $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Performance Period: 540 Continuous Calendar Days. Liquidated Damages: Fifteen Hundred ($1,500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth A Bid Bond prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. The Contractor agrees to be bound by and comply with any and all applicable Prevailing Wage requirement. The Contractor agrees to pay for the cost of any investigation conducted by or on behalf of the SCA which discovers a failure to pay prevailing wages by the Contractor or its subcontractor(s). The Contractor also agrees, that should it fail or refuse to pay for any such investigation, the SCA is hereby authorized to deduct from the Contractor's account an amount equal to the cost of such investigation. The SCA shall reject any bid by a Bidder that is not prequalified by the SCA at the time of bid opening.
