| Description | The Contractor will be required to pick up designated loads of aggregates at various locations throughout the United States and deliver them either to the NCAT Pavement Test Track or to the mix production contractor’s storage yard (historically 100 Old Columbus Road, Opelika, Alabama, 36804). Materials will be hauled using standard practices that limit the amount of loss (e.g., covered beds, locked gates, etc.). Load availability will be the responsibility of NCAT as the contract representative of sponsoring state DOTs. |
