RFQ Engineering - Request for Letters of Interest for Transportation Engineering Report of East Patton Avenue

This project utilizes Federal Funds and requires provision in the awarded contract to follow 23 CFR 172.9. Final Contract documents will include provisions with the Federal Terms and Conditions that apply. This contract shall be partially reimbursed with Federal-aid funding through the North Carolina Department of Transportation (hereinafter referred to as the Department). The solicitation, selection, and negotiation of a contract shall be conducted in accordance with all Department requirements and guidelines. Development of a draft and final report for the area known as East Patton Avenue from the Jeff Bowen Bridge to Pritchard Park in Downtown Asheville that refines and clarifies the gateway concept developed in the City's East Patton Ave Report. The City of Asheville reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive informalities.
